Will Scharf Appointed as White House Counsel by President Trump

Scharf’s background includes serving as a Federal Prosecutor and working in private legal practice. He has clerked for two Federal Appeals Court Judges and was a distinguished student at Princeton University and Harvard Law School. Trump is confident Scharf will excel in his new role.

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles congratulated Scharf through a post, expressing excitement for the future successes she anticipates under his counsel. Wiles also extended gratitude to Dave Warrington for his contributions, noting achievements like Supreme Court victories and judge confirmations during his tenure.

Conservative commentator Josh Hammer spoke with Fox News Digital, applauding Trump’s decision. Hammer mentioned Scharf’s involvement in co-founding ‘Jews Against Soros,’ a group critical of George Soros for allegedly funding anti-Israel activities worldwide. Hammer welcomed Scharf’s appointment, viewing him as a valuable addition to the White House Counsel’s Office.
