By mid-2026, tensions within the Beckham family persist. Recently, Harper Beckham attempted a visit to her brother Brooklyn Beckham’s home. Reports from Page Six indicate she left shortly after because Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, were absent.
Brooklyn and Nicola’s representatives labeled Harper’s visit a staged event for publicity. A statement to the outlet noted, The fact that photographers were present as the letter was delivered says it all.
The Beckham family’s dynamics have drawn media attention. Harper’s attempt to visit coincides with David Beckham’s recent honor. On June 12, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony saw the participation of Romeo and Cruz Beckham, both of whom were supportive. Victoria Beckham and Harper were also present.
Notably, neither Brooklyn nor Nicola attended the event. David addressed media questions regarding the family discord, choosing to keep those matters private. To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a private matter. That’s the one thing that I don’t want to talk about,
he commented during a Variety interview.
The following Monday, Brooklyn appeared in a DoorDash advertisement. In it, he joked about the complicated
reasons for his absence from the 2026 FIFA World Cup. He added intrigue by discarding World Cup tickets and suggesting more details would follow.
This ad comes after Brooklyn issued a public statement about his family. In January, he alleged that his parents misrepresented family matters in the media. Brooklyn claimed they controlled family narratives through various staged events and media-engagement activities.
Accusations arose about his family’s attempts to disrupt his relationship with Nicola. He criticized his parents for prioritizing Brand Beckham
over personal bonds, suggesting they manipulated narratives at the cost of their genuine relationships.
Brooklyn concluded by expressing his desire for peace and privacy for his and Nicola’s future family.
