Vicious Vicki’s Pursuit of ACW Women’s Championship

Vicious Vicki is set to cross into New Jersey again, aiming to reclaim her position in the Awesome Championship Wrestling (ACW) Women’s Championship scene. She will participate in a battle royal alongside nine other contenders to become the No. 1 challenger for the title currently held by Steph De Lander. Vicki previously managed to pin De Lander during a tag team match at Reckoning, elevating her to pursue greater stakes at the upcoming Indypendence Day event in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Vicious Vicki expressed to Fox News Digital her determination to avoid being overlooked in ACW. She considers herself the ‘Queen of ACW,’ stating, “I’ve been with ACW since day one, but too often, I’ve been overshadowed. I feel I’ve proven time and again that I belong at the top.”

Growing up as a New Jersey native, Vicki’s passion for wrestling was influenced by WWE legends like Lita and The Hardy Boyz. Inspired from the age of four by the WWE Attitude Era, she constantly aimed to emulate these figures. Describing her journey, she recalled, “Wrestling filled my thoughts and conversations. I took the leap in 2018, knowing I had to try or live with regret.”

“It was the blend of acting, athleticism, and spectacle that captivated me,” she explained. “Seeing someone like Lita inspired me to believe I could achieve my dream too.”

On Saturday, ACW’s Indypendence Day promises a unique experience for wrestling fans. Vicki highlighted ACW’s appeal saying, “It’s among the hottest independent companies right now, hosted in a historic venue. The talent is exceptional, creating an atmosphere that’s thrilling for all attendees.”

Vicki remarked on the show’s welcoming environment, noting, “Every event is a joy. Whether meeting fans or during performances, the excitement is palpable and family-friendly. I’ve yet to meet anyone dissatisfied with an ACW event.”
