Gonzales served as a private with the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command in Ansbach, Germany. A recent graduate from Hebron High School in Carrollton, she was remembered for her dedication to service. The Lewisville Independent School District shared their heartbreak and lauded her decision to enlist.
Confirmation of Casualties
The military reported Gonzales died on a Friday, followed by Feehan the next day, though specifics were not disclosed. A third military member went missing but “unidentified remains” were being examined, as noted by U.S. Central Command.
So far, 17 American service members have perished in the Iran conflict. The conflict’s nature, involving drones and missiles, presents ongoing risks without ground presence in Iran.
