Rob Gronkowski Applauds Caitlin Clark’s Approach and Performance

NFL legend Rob Gronkowski has praised Caitlin Clark for her exceptional skills on the court and advised her to keep silencing critics with her performance. Gronkowski commented on the online discourse surrounding Clark, stating she is doing a ‘great job’ of handling the attention and criticism.

‘She’s doing a great job handling herself. I’m not in her shoes or situation. If I were, I would handle it similarly. She really is doing a fantastic job,’ Gronkowski told Fox News Digital.

‘I would just say one piece of advice, keep balling because if you keep balling, you’re going to keep shutting up the haters.’

Clark, playing for the Indiana Fever, has been outstanding as the team has won its last four games. Averaging over 30 points per game during the streak, she has been well-supported by teammates Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston. Gronkowski emphasized the importance of her teammates’ support in sustaining her performance.

‘What I appreciate is her teammates’ support throughout the season. With her team lifting her up and protecting her, it shows a lot about her personality and work ethic,’ Gronkowski remarked, highlighting the crucial role of team dynamics.

Despite being a casual fan of the WNBA, Gronkowski believes Clark will eventually become the face of the league. He notes that the WNBA needs to address the hard fouls she receives and propel her to the league’s forefront once she achieves significant victories.

The New England Patriots legend, who enjoyed a storied NFL career, compared the WNBA with the NFL and NBA, pointing out the time it usually takes players to become league icons. Gronkowski retired as a four-time Super Bowl champion with a record as one of the greatest tight ends in NFL history.
