Chris Watts, convicted of murdering his pregnant wife and two daughters, has found a new love in Lizzie Henderson. Watts, serving several life sentences, met Henderson while imprisoned, according to People. He has been known to write to female pen pals while incarcerated.
Christopher Watts killed his family on August 13, 2018, while involved in an extramarital affair. Investigators found that he murdered his wife Shanann, 34, and their daughters, Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3. In a 2018 court decision, he received life sentences without the possibility of parole after pleading guilty, avoiding the death penalty.
Lizzie Henderson, reportedly from Cleveland, Ohio, has relocated to Wisconsin. Watts is currently at Dodge Correctional Institution, a maximum-security prison in Waupun. Both Watts and Henderson have allegedly applied to marry within the system.
Fox News Digital confirmed through Racine County court records that Lizzie Henderson applied for a confidential legal name change in 2025. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Henderson acknowledged the severity of Watts’ actions but expressed her feelings for him.
Previously, Henderson worked as a real estate agent in a Milwaukee-area Keller Williams Realty office. The office confirmed she is no longer employed there but did not discuss her past employment.
