As the back-to-school season approaches, it’s easy to miss summer blockbusters. Determined to break this habit, I devoted time to visiting cinemas. This effort led me to discover and appreciate numerous LGBTQ films over the summer.

Hollywood’s portrayal of LGBTQ themes is under scrutiny; studies hint at a potential reduction. But from my viewpoint, several movies with diverse narratives are still making waves on the big screen.

This summer, I engaged with a variety of LGBTQ-themed movies. The cinematic experiences were enriching, offering stories that reflected different aspects of LGBTQ lives.
