Simon Le Bon, the well-known musician from Duran Duran, was recently seen on vacation in Europe with his wife, Yasmin Le Bon. The couple was photographed during a beach outing in Sardinia, Italy.
Simon, at 67, opted for a casual look, wearing red swim shorts and a white V-neck T-shirt. His 61-year-old wife, Yasmin, chose a classic black string bikini for the day. They were seen walking along the coastline, enjoying the sun and the sea.
The photographs captured the couple sharing moments together, including walking on the beach and taking a swim in the ocean with friends. Other pictures showed them aboard a boat, where Yasmin was sunbathing with a friend, and Simon took part in steering the vessel.
Simon and Yasmin’s story began in 1984 when Simon saw Yasmin’s photo in a portfolio. He reached out to her, and they eventually attended the premiere of ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom’ together. Their friendship evolved into a romantic relationship, leading to their engagement and marriage in December 1985.
About their relationship, Simon once remarked about how he cherishes the simple moments with Yasmin, appreciating the happiness they share. Despite challenges, Simon expressed his desire for lifelong marriage.
Simon Le Bon rose to fame with Duran Duran, the band formed in 1978. They gained international acclaim with their 1982 album ‘Rio,’ featuring hits like ‘Hungry Like the Wolf.’ The band earned recognition with two Grammy Awards and two BRIT Awards, and in 2022, they were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Simon and the band continue to create music, releasing ‘Free To Love’ in April 2026, showcasing their enduring passion for their craft.
