Addressing Rumors About Neighbors to Potential Homebuyers

Dear Eric,
I have neighbors who occasionally host boisterous gatherings. These events are not problematic in terms of noise, as they are quite considerate. However, the number of parked cars and the times guests leave suggest everyone is enjoying themselves. A rumor has circulated that these neighbors might be swingers, which aligns with the observed gatherings.
The property adjacent to these neighbors is currently for sale. I am considering whether to inform potential buyers about the social activities they might encounter if they move in.
