Brandi Glanville, known for her time on ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ faced a significant personal and financial comeback after enduring years of costly health issues. These struggles drained her savings and forced her back into work.
“In the past, I had the luxury of saying no,” Glanville shared with Fox News Digital. “But mounting medical bills left me no choice but to get back to work. I had to prove to myself that I could do it again.”

The financial burden from Glanville’s health battle mirrored the physical challenges. She noted the failing medical system and the persistent pressure from creditors. Despite having insurance, she faced massive expenses, leading to the depletion of her financial cushion.
In September, Glanville disclosed her diagnosis, which included ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Valley fever, Demodex dermatitis, and mononucleosis. Her ongoing IV treatments ranged from $3,300 to $6,000 monthly.

Glanville suspected she contracted a parasite during a 2023 trip to Morocco, which led to severe health issues like facial paralysis. She initially encountered a stress-induced angioedema diagnosis and spent over $70,000 seeking a resolution.
After all the trials, Glanville decided to test her physical limits on ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.’ Despite challenges during a helicopter water jump, where she was instructed last minute to keep her head up, she pushed herself to the limit.

During this event, Glanville sustained a perforated eardrum, concussion, bruised sternum, and a cracked rib. These injuries necessitated a boat trip to the hospital to avoid flying, given potential surgery needs.
“Even with these injuries, I took pride in my resilience,” Glanville expressed. “I conquered, got hurt, yet I persisted. That was enough for me.”
‘Special Forces: Worlds Toughest Test’ airs Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. ET on FOX.
