The Kennedy Center has directed its staff to remove all instances of President Donald Trump’s name from various materials associated with the performing arts venue. A memo distributed by the center’s general counsel outlines this directive.
Employees are instructed to ensure that signs, brochures, and the website no longer feature Trump’s name. These modifications need to be completed by June 12. Additionally, staff members are required to update email signatures and letterhead without delay.
An image previously captured in February shows Trump’s name on the Kennedy Center’s facade in Washington. With this new directive, such displays will be altered in adherence to the memo’s instructions.
