The incident involved a Maryland Transit Administration bus crashing on Reisterstown Road, reported by Fox 45 News. Baltimore County officials noted that several civilian vehicles were involved, including one that overturned.

The crash resulted in one person being trapped inside the bus, and another individual in a car was rescued by emergency crews. A building engineer was also dispatched to the site, Baltimore County Fire Department stated. Following the crash, a second mass casualty incident alarm was issued.
