Lane Kiffin’s LSU Humbled By Ole Miss

Lane Kiffin’s Emotions Postgame

Lane Kiffin, Ole Miss head coach, showed strong emotions after a tough loss in Oxford. He placed blame on fans and focused on personal defeat. Critics say Kiffin is overhyped, noting his lack of major wins as a head coach.

Pete Golding’s Performance

Defensive coach Pete Golding achieved a notable victory, keeping his team focused and treating the game like any other day.

Philadelphia Eagles Sign Zach Ertz

The Philadelphia Eagles have brought back Zach Ertz to their practice squad. The veteran tight end returns after starter Dallas Goedert injured his MCL. Ertz, known for his role in the Super Bowl LII win, adds depth to the team.

Ertz’s deployment gives him conditioning time before joining the active roster.

Ertz previously spent seasons with Washington Commanders, recording 50 catches and suffering a knee injury last year. He looks to surpass Harold Carmichael’s franchise record of receptions.

Eagles’ Roster Adjustments

With other tight ends injured, Ertz strengthens the roster, expected to join Jalen Hurts on the field. Jalen Carter recently secured a significant contract extension, ensuring team stability.

Ertz’s history with the Eagles includes nine seasons as a key player in third-down conversions, aiming to reclaim his spot on the team.
