President Donald Trump arrived at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, on Sunday, August 16, 2026, aboard Air Force One. His nonprofit arm, Securing American Greatness, linked to the super PAC MAGA Inc., launched its first set of general election ads on Wednesday, prominently featuring Trump.
The advertisements are part of a national campaign, with $995,000 invested starting Wednesday, according to AdImpact, a political intelligence firm. Although one ad references the One Big Beautiful Bill Act passed by Congress, the main focus lies on Trump and his political platform.
One advertisement showcases Trump ally UFC President Dana White commending Trump before segments of Trump’s State of the Union address from earlier in the year play. This 30-second spot includes various video clips of Trump.
Another 30-second ad highlights Trump promoting the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s benefits, such as eliminating taxes on tips, overtime, and social security. Trump also addresses reductions in egg prices, efforts to lower prescription drug costs, and urging major corporations to cover their own power expenses. The narrator concludes, “He’s fighting for you every day. Help him finish the job.”
The ads surface amidst Republican frustrations over Trump’s perceived insufficient financial backing for the party’s slim congressional majority. Trump, however, indicated intentions to amplify spending leading up to the midterms.
MAGA Inc. previously allocated more than $827,000 to support Senator Darline Graham (R-S.C.) in her primary runoff in the preceding month. Trump remarked last month, “Well, I’ve raised a lot, and nobody knows what it is, but I will tell you it’s about $850 million. I’ll be spending a lot of that money for — and my own money — but I’ll be spending a lot of that money for candidates that I think are good, Republican candidates.”
