In two separate federal court cases, a group of protesters received notably lengthy prison terms after the Justice Department alleged links to Antifa. The group, consisting of nine individuals, was arrested following a protest outside a migrant detention center in Texas. During this event, one of the police officers present was shot.
Justice correspondent Ali Rogin explored the details of these cases with Paul Butler, a former federal prosecutor. They discussed the implications of these sentences and the circumstances surrounding the arrests.
