Every July the 7th, on my birthday since 2008, I invite anyone who wants to join me in spreading Peace and Love, Ringo encourages. By posting, saying, or even just thinking: ‘Peace and Love’ at noon… wherever you are.

Starr also encourages everyone to send their ‘Peace and Love’ messages on social media, tagging his accounts and using the hashtag #PeaceandLove. His Facebook page will feature video clips of local Peace & Love events happening globally.

Ringo Starr’s birthday celebrations often sparkle with a star-studded lineup, especially in Los Angeles.
