The pool, which turned green shortly after a costly renovation, has been facing issues related to algae bloom and surface peeling.
Trump highlighted his administration’s efforts in renovating sites across Washington, D.C., citing improved public safety. He expressed his belief that recent damages were due to malicious actions, such as the use of chemicals to harm the pool’s surface. He also accused Karl of directly damaging the pool.
