The Oklahoma City Thunder have added another promising talent to their roster by selecting Aday Mara with the No. 12 pick in the 2026 NBA draft. Mara, a standout center from Michigan, is known for his remarkable skills and physical attributes, making him one of the most intriguing prospects in this year’s draft class.
Mara stands at an imposing 7-foot-3 and weighs 260 pounds. He had an impressive season at Michigan, averaging 12.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2.6 blocks per game.
