Myles Garrett Transitions from Cleveland to Los Angeles

Myles Garrett, the Los Angeles Rams’ latest acquisition, previously made his mark in Cleveland as a key player for the Browns. Known for his Hall-of-Fame-worthy achievements, Garrett set a single-season sack record, surpassing his peers and establishing himself as a top talent in the league. Now, as he embarks on a new journey with the Rams, Garrett is settling into a different city.

With his relocation to Los Angeles, Garrett has decided to put his Ohio residence on the market. His property in Wadsworth, within the Hidden Lakes of Sharon community, is up for sale at $2.1 million. The two-acre property, built in 2018, offers 4,300 square feet of living space, featuring five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

A dramatic two-story foyer welcomes you with rich hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and abundant natural light. The thoughtfully designed floor plan balances elegant entertaining with everyday comfort and features two staircases, including a grand foyer staircase and a secondary staircase off the gourmet kitchen.

The home’s kitchen is both stylish and functional, equipped with premium appliances, an oversized center island, custom cabinetry, and a spacious walk-in pantry. Seamless integration with the living and dining areas makes it ideal for social gatherings. An executive office with custom cabinetry provides a professional workspace.

The primary suite offers a spa-like experience, complete with a luxurious bath and a custom walk-in closet. Four additional bedrooms maintain ample space, while an oversized bonus room offers versatility for a game room or flex space.

The walkout lower level is entertainment-focused, boasting a custom bar, recreation areas, a theater room, and a fitness room with professional-grade equipment. Outdoor living is enhanced by a large deck with a built-in grill and views over the backyard and fire pit.

The property includes a three-car attached garage and a separate four-car garage with a finished upper level, suitable for use as an office, studio, or hobby area. Gym equipment and select home furnishings can be part of the sale.

In Los Angeles, Garrett faces a different real estate market, with higher prices and less seclusion compared to Ohio. His new chapter in LA will bring fresh challenges and opportunities.
