KJ Biermann Indicted on Multiple Charges Including Child Molestation

KJ Biermann, 15, faces serious legal charges. A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, indicted him on seven counts, including child molestation, sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment. These accusations involve a child under the age of 16, as per documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Last month, KJ, son of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, was arrested on two felony charges related to an alleged incident in April. The arrest took place in Alpharetta, Georgia, and he faced charges of aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy on August 17.

KJ is being charged as an adult under Georgia’s SB440 law. This law allows adult courts to have jurisdiction over teenagers aged 13 to 17 when accused of specific violent felonies. Currently, KJ is held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, awaiting a preliminary hearing in September.

Kim Zolciak has addressed the charges publicly. She strongly denied the allegations against her son through a statement to Fox News Digital. Zolciak described the claims as “reckless and deeply troubling” and stated that KJ denied any involvement.

My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found. We are also aware that this individual has made similar allegations involving two other people, which raises serious concerns that deserve to be carefully examined.

Zolciak stressed that false accusations can severely impact both the accused and genuine survivors of assault. She emphasized the importance of basing investigations on facts and evidence rather than mere accusations.

Zolciak and Kroy Biermann recently called off their initial divorce filings, having been married for 11 years. Together they have four children, including KJ, 15, Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann is also the adoptive father of Zolciak’s daughters from her previous relationship, Ariana and Brielle.
