Senator Tim Scott Responds to Criticism from Morning Joe Panel
Senator Tim Scott, representing South Carolina, addressed criticism from the hosts of ‘Morning Joe’ during his appearance on ‘Saturday in America.’ The hosts mocked his passionate speech at the Republican midterm convention and joked about praying for him on air.
Scott dismissed the criticisms and accused the program of evading the truth, reiterating his claim that Democrats dislike American values. “At the end of the day, now we know why Joe’s ratings are so darn low. They will hide from the truth and publicly endorse a lie,” Scott asserted.

Scott described a group of Democrats as radical and dangerous, stating their beliefs defy traditional values. He called on Republicans to stand up for American culture. Scott’s speech was part of the Republican Party’s first midterm convention, aimed at rallying voters to maintain congressional control in November.
During his speech, Scott emphasized unity within the Republican Party and support for President Donald Trump. “The only way to keep dangerous, radical, weird out of the Senate is a united Republican Party, standing with our President, Donald J. Trump!” Scott declared.

He described the situation as a fight for the nation’s heart, urging Republicans to reject the extremist views of Democrats. “They hate our culture. They hate what it means to be American,” Scott stated firmly.
Joe Scarborough, the co-host of ‘Morning Joe,’ responded to Scott’s speech with criticism, describing it as bizarre. He humorously suggested that Scott might need anti-seizure medication. Al Sharpton joined in, jokingly praying for Scott, suggesting he needed guidance.

Scott responded by emphasizing the importance of electing rational and competent individuals who appreciate America as it is. He criticized Democratic candidates Abdul El-Sayed and Troy Jackson, arguing they want to change America’s fundamental values.
Scott affirmed, “We stand firm on the fact that we are always one nation, always under God,” reinforcing his position against Democratic Senate candidates.
