British Police Rearrest Suspects in Alleged Iran-Linked Plot

British authorities have rearrested two individuals suspected of involvement in planning a terrorism plot. The plot allegedly targeted a British air base utilized by U.S. bombers and is thought to be orchestrated by Iran.

The suspects were arrested on charges of ‘assisting a foreign intelligence service’ as stated by British counterterrorism officials. This suggests that investigators have gathered evidence connecting the alleged plot to Iran’s security services.

The arrests underscore the ongoing concerns about foreign interference in national security matters. Authorities continue to investigate the full scope of the plot and any additional individuals who may be involved.
