Investigation Underway After Body Found in Chicago Garbage Container
Chicago police are conducting a death investigation following the discovery of a man’s body in a garbage container in Austin. Officers found the unidentified male shortly after 1:30 p.m. in the 4700 block of West Arthington Street.
Authorities reported that the man was declared dead at the scene. An autopsy was scheduled for the following Sunday to determine the cause of death. Police have not released information on the body’s condition or indicated if there was any visible trauma.
