Amber Alert Issued for Missing Infant in Missouri

An Amber Alert has been issued for one-year-old Emiliona Gonzalez in Missouri. Authorities reported that the child was inside a vehicle that was stolen in St. Louis.

The incident occurred in the 800 block of S. Broadway around 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, as stated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The last known direction of the vehicle was eastbound on Walnut Street from Memorial Drive.

Police are actively searching for Joseph Nickell, aged 43, who was last seen with Gonzalez. Nickell is described as a Black man, standing 6 feet tall, with dark hair and a light mustache. According to the alert, he was armed with a handgun.

Emiliona was dressed in a gray onesie paired with black shorts at the time of the incident. The stolen vehicle is identified as a blue 2015-2023 Dodge Charger. It features two white stripes on its hood and bears an Illinois temporary registration tag and license plate.
