Anticipations and Reflections on AEW’s Upcoming All In Event

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) gears up for its most significant event of the year, All In, slated for Sunday in London. The spectacle features several standout matches for fans traveling to Wembley Stadium and those watching from home.

Lee Moriarty, although not part of the All In roster, expressed his excitement regarding the key matchups during a recent interview with OutKick. He highlighted the AEW World Championship bout between Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay as a major attraction. Additionally, he pointed out the AEW Women’s World Championship match between Willow Nightingale and Mercedes Moné.

Moriarty stated, “I would definitely say the two big marquee matches are AEW men’s and AEW women’s championship matches. Both Kenny Omega versus Will Ospreay just because of the history they’ve had through the years. One of my all-time favorite matches I’ve ever watched was at Forbidden Door Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay. I think it was in Canada at that time. Then we have Mercedes Moné against Willow Nightingale for the AEW Women’s World Championship. Their history includes the New Japan Strong Championship and the TBS Championship.”

Will Ospreay is set to showcase his skills during AEW Dynamite at the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pa., highlighting the anticipation for his upcoming clash.

Moriarty reflected on his previous involvement in All In, which occurred last year in an eight-man tag team match. Alongside his Shane Taylor Promotions stablemates, he faced Dustin Rhodes, Marshall Von Erich, Ross Von Erich, and Sammy Guevara, collectively known as the Sons of Texas. The match concluded with the Sons of Texas emerging victorious.

Regarding his efforts to rejoin All In, Moriarty shared his perspective with OutKick. He explained, “I think it’s just going to take work like I’ve been doing. Continue to put in the work. A lot of professional wrestling is timing and preparation. I’m prepared. It’s just a timing thing, and I’m going to get there. I do believe that. I’m going to continue to prove I am one of the best professional wrestlers when it comes to technical wrestling in the world. And right now, I’m the best pure wrestler on the planet.”

Last weekend, Moriarty defended his Ring of Honor Pure Championship against Katsuyori Shibata at the Death Before Dishonor event.
