Brandy Ledford, known for her role in “Baywatch: Hawaii,” openly shares the essentials behind her youthful appearance. Her approach comprises two key elements: botox and bleach.

The actress, 57, will host a luxury wellness retreat for women in September. Additionally, she is active on Passes as a content creator, where she engages directly with her fans.

“I love, I mean, I’m a grandmother,” she exclaimed, expressing her delight at still being recognized as a sex symbol. “I’m not ready to hang up my bikini yet.”

With age, Ledford has altered her fitness philosophy. Her focus now lies in strength training. “At my age, weight lifting is crucial for bone density and longevity,” she stated, highlighting her doctor’s advice to use heavier weights.

Previously dedicated to yoga sculpt, she now incorporates more intense weight routines to fortify her bones and muscles. Walking and yoga remain personal favorites, yet serious weight training occupies much of her focus.

Ledford emphasized that quitting smoking played a pivotal role in her early career with “Baywatch.” A smoker at the time, she had to excel in breath-holding tests. “I quit smoking to improve my stamina,” she revealed. Hiring a trainer ensured she always looked swimsuit-ready.

A diverse workout regime—including sand workouts and gym sessions in Hawaii—ensured Ledford felt confident on screen. “Feeling comfortable in my swimsuit was important,” she insisted.

Now a yoga teacher, Ledford divides her time between Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Kauai, maintaining her daily exercise routine rigorously.

Her commitment to wellness extends beyond physical activity. “Health is our greatest wealth,” Ledford asserted, discussing how sobriety has transformed her life over the past 14 years. Faith and skincare are integral to her healthy lifestyle.
