Bulgaria’s First Eurovision Victory Amid Controversy

Bulgaria triumphed at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, securing its first-ever win. Dara’s upbeat track ‘Bangaranga’ climbed to the top after votes from national juries and the public were combined, surpassing Israel’s Noam Bettan by a considerable margin. Despite not being a pre-show favorite, Dara’s performance captivated audiences.
