Courtney Clenney, an OnlyFans model, has reached a plea agreement concerning the second-degree murder charge for the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli. Her attorneys confirmed this to Fox News Digital.
The details of the plea agreement have not been released, and the agreement requires court approval before it becomes final. Clenney’s legal representatives from Prieto Law Firm and Puglisi Carames Law stated that the agreement will be presented in Miami-Dade County court on August 10.

Clenney is accused of stabbing Obumseli with a kitchen knife on April 3, 2022, in Miami, Florida. She has remained in custody since August 2022. Her defense claims she acted in self-defense, citing alleged abuse by Obumseli. However, Obumseli’s family contends that he was a victim of domestic violence.
We will reserve further comment on the specific terms until they are placed on the record before the Court,
Clenney’s attorneys stated.
Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle described the couple’s relationship as tumultuous, beginning in November 2020. Clenney told investigators that Obumseli had pushed her to the floor, leading her to grab a knife and throw it at him. The medical examiner reported a three-inch deep chest wound.
Initially deemed self-defense, police scrutiny intensified after objections from Obumseli’s family. The police responded to an aggravated battery call at the couple’s home and found Obumseli with a single stab wound.
Footage from February 2022 showed Clenney yelling at and striking Obumseli during a trip to Aspen, Colorado. Clenney blamed Obumseli for her drinking and accused him of costing her money and flirting with other women.
Clenney’s attorneys asked the public and media to allow the legal process to play out without speculation.
