David Robinson often felt the need to discuss his thoughts with someone, though such opportunities were scarce. He was aware of the reluctance some feel toward formal therapy for mental health issues, especially among Black men, who may fear judgment or feel embarrassed about their experiences. This hesitation extended to the idea of sharing with acquaintances.
