Kelani Jordan: Dominating WWE NXT with New Title Win

WWE NXT star Kelani Jordan has achieved a significant milestone in her pro wrestling career. Four years after signing with WWE, she has added the NXT Women’s Championship to her resume. At Heatwave, she defeated Kendal Grey, marking her first opportunity to claim the title.

In an interview with OutKick Dropkick, Jordan reflected on her achievements. “It feels great,” she expressed. Her accomplishments serve as reminders of her talent and capability. Becoming the first NXT women’s North American champion and winning the TNA Knockouts Championship are not just highlights, they signify her prowess in the ring.

Throughout the year, Jordan has earned respect from fans and fellow wrestlers. She expressed confidence in May, stating she was superior to those who advanced to Raw and SmackDown post-WrestleMania 42. Now, with the championship belt, she has tangible proof of her skill.

“I know there’s a target on my back,” Jordan stated regarding her reigning status. “But I think people know when they’re in the ring with me that they’re in for a tough fight.”

Jaida Parker, after a notable triumph in a submission match against Nattie during Heatwave, emerged as a challenger to Jordan. “I’m not surprised Jaida Parker came out,” Jordan remarked. Their previous encounters set the stage for a competitive match. “I am ready for Jaida’s games,” she affirmed, prepared to meet Parker’s talk with her own in-ring skill.

The upcoming match for the NXT Women’s Championship between Jordan and Parker is scheduled for Tuesday on the CW Network.
