Unique Dual Role: Rubio now holds two significant posts, being only the second individual in U.S. history, after Henry Kissinger, to simultaneously serve as both Secretary of State and National Security Adviser. Various Roles and Public Perception: Rubio has also served in several other roles, including acting administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development and acting archivist of the United States in 2025. His extensive portfolio has turned him into a subject of humorous memes online, depicting him in various whimsical roles ranging from an airline pilot to a jockey.

These memes have gained traction on social media as a lighthearted reflection of Rubio’s diverse set of responsibilities. They portray him humorously yet underscore his significant contributions to the administration. This blend of political engagement and online presence demonstrates Rubio’s multifaceted involvement in current U.S. politics.
