Milania Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice from ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey,’ faced legal issues last month in New Jersey. According to Chief Andrew Caggiano from the Montville Township Police Department, officers responded to a domestic dispute on May 14.
Milania, 20, was taken into custody at 6:12 p.m. This was confirmed by court records obtained by Fox News Digital. She was charged with Simple Assault, a disorderly persons offense, as stated by Chief Caggiano.
Milania pleaded not guilty and was released pending a future court session. She is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
Milania has appeared in several ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ episodes alongside her mother, Teresa Giudice. Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice share four daughters: Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, Milania, 20, and Audriana, 16.
The couple was married for 20 years before separating in December 2019, with their divorce finalized in September 2020. Teresa later married Louis Ruelas in August 2022.
Both Teresa and Joe have a history of legal issues. In 2014, they pleaded guilty to charges related to mail, wire, and bank fraud. Teresa served a 15-month sentence and was released from Danbury’s Federal Correctional Institution in December 2015.
Joe served a 41-month sentence, completing it in March 2019. Afterward, he was held by immigration officials and eventually returned to Italy, where he attempted to fight his deportation.
