Professional wrestling star Tessa Blanchard has officially joined Major League Wrestling (MLW), adding strength to the women’s division. Lady Frost, who became part of MLW earlier this year, spoke about Blanchard’s entry during an interview with OutKick Dropkick.
Lady Frost, who signed with MLW in April 2026, expressed her excitement, saying, “It’s an incredible signing. We all know the pedigree Tessa brings. Being in the ring with her, having done tours in Mexico, I can say this is great for business.”
MLW announced Blanchard’s debut at Fightland on September 12 in Charleston, South Carolina. This move is attracting considerable attention in the wrestling world.
“Heavy is the crown, but legacy isn’t handed to you,” Blanchard shared in a statement. “I’ve earned my reputation as one of the best, but I’m not resting on the Blanchard name. MLW showcases some of the hardest-hitting action, and I belong at the top,”she declared.
Blanchard, a third-generation wrestler, is the daughter of Tully Blanchard and the granddaughter of promoter Joe Blanchard. She is also the stepdaughter of Magnum T.A.
Lady Frost acknowledged the strength of MLW’s women’s roster, stating, “It’s stacked. I focus on the fighting, not rankings. Fans can decide for themselves. It’s $15 to attend an event or watch for free on YouTube.”
Lady Frost will face Corinne Joy on Saturday at MLW’s Kings of Colosseum event. Fans can watch the action on YouTube, beIN Sports, and Veeps.
