Uninspected Argentine Beef Recalled by USDA

The beef, originating from the company Corte Argentino USA, was distributed to retailers and grocery distributors located in Florida and Texas. The affected products include various cuts of raw beef.

Production took place between May 15 and May 20, with freeze-by dates ranging from September 15 to 20. The lack of inspection prompted federal officials to take immediate action to ensure consumer safety.

Consumers and retailers in possession of the recalled beef are advised to avoid consumption and seek further guidance from the USDA.
