Germany Deploys Forces to Lithuania Amid Tensions

Liutauras Ceprackas, a chef in Vilnius, worries about the threat from Russia. He doubts if Lithuania’s 15,000 soldiers can defend against an invasion. He is uncertain about NATO’s capacity to intervene effectively.
