Drug Ring Involves Penn State Fraternities
Prosecutors have accused several individuals tied to Penn State University of operating a drug trafficking network. Many involved are either current or former students.
Drug Packaging Allegations
The group allegedly packaged drugs at two fraternity houses, Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi. These activities have drawn significant legal attention.
Arraignment and Charges
On Tuesday, one of the suspected ringleaders, Agostino Abbatiello, aged 24, was arraigned. He faces multiple felony charges, including possession with intent to deliver cocaine and engaging in a conspiracy.
Authorities have also pressed charges against 13 other individuals. This includes former Penn State students and at least four current students.
