Panettiere’s career spanned over 30 years, with roles in movies like the ‘Scream’ series and TV shows such as ‘Nashville.’ She spoke recently about dealing with fame as a child actor and released a memoir titled ‘This Is Me: A Reckoning.’ In this memoir, she shared insights into her life challenges including addiction and recovery.
In an interview with Gayle King, Panettiere described the pressures she faced from a young age: ‘By the time I was 5, I had been in 50 commercials. It just never stopped.’
She entered treatment for postpartum depression in 2015 after the birth of her daughter, Kaya. In 2018, she granted primary custody of Kaya to her former fiancé Wladimir Klitschko.
