WSVN-7 News Anchors Explore New Miramar Offices

Renowned WSVN-7 News anchors, Belkys Nerey and Craig Stevens, recently visited their new office location. This visit marks the beginning of a significant transition for the South Florida affiliates of Fox and ABC.

The new facility is situated at the intersection of Miramar Parkway and Red Road, encompassing 70,000 square feet. James Bry, executive vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, commented on the sophistication of the new building, stating it is much more technically advanced than the previous North Bay Village location.

WSVN has operated from North Bay Village since 1956. The goal is to complete the transition and begin full operations from the new Miramar location by January 2027.
