Savannah Chrisley Defends Her Relationship

Savannah Chrisley, pregnant and engaged, addressed her relationship with fiancé Jason Galanis. According to People magazine, Galanis is 27 years her senior. He has faced legal challenges, including a prison sentence for securities fraud, later commuted by President Trump.

Speaking on her “Unlocked” podcast, Chrisley, 29, shared why their age difference doesn’t bother her. She emphasized the depth of love and shared dreams they have. “I’d choose 20 phenomenal years over 50 average ones,” Chrisley said, highlighting their strong bond.

The engagement, official since December 2025, came with a unique proposal. “Jason offered a ring, saying it was a symbol of love,” she recalled, “with no pressure for it to be anything specific.”

Chrisley also announced her first pregnancy on Instagram. “I’ve prayed and cried for this life,” she expressed, reminiscing past struggles and celebrating her newfound happiness with Jason.

Despite the quick nature of their engagement, Chrisley sees timing as irrelevant. She praised Jason’s support and care, saying, “For the first time, I feel safe and fulfilled.”

In a message to women awaiting their “forever,” she encouraged patience, urging them not to mistake silence for absence.

Chrisley previously shared insights on the “Whine Down with Jana Kramer” podcast. She noted her father’s disapproval of the age gap but defended their relationship as healthy. “Jason’s support surpasses previous experiences,” she stated, appreciating his cheer and embracing of her success.
