Trump Supports Flávio Bolsonaro’s U.S. Entry After Election Defeat

On Tuesday, President Trump expressed his approval of former Brazilian presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro entering the United States following his defeat in the runoff election against incumbent President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva earlier this week. Speaking to reporters outside Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews, Trump stated, “Well, I would approve. I think they’re fine people. The election was very strange, and I thought it was terrible. It got bad reviews, and look what happened to their market.”
